Whats your every day work out routine?!


Question: Whats your every day work out routine!?
Answers:
one hour of aerobics, 20 min of ab routine, 30 min weight training!.

MON-THURS: I take wellness class over the summer and we do sports for like 3 hours, and when I get home I play basketball or go to the gym!. At the gym I run on the tradmill, do the cybex, and lift a little!.
FRI: gym
SAT and SUN: run or take it offWww@Answer-Health@Com

about 300 - 400 cals DDR

push-ups
sit-ups
side bends
arm press ups
crunches
