Question: How does a 10 year old build muscles in a year!?
How do I build muscles quick!? I've been lifting dumbbells and doing push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if your 10 your body hasn't fully gone through puberty so it's a little harder to gain muscle at your age!.!.!.BUT what your doing is great because when you do go through puberty you'll be stronger than all of the other kids!.!.!.!.so what i suggest is
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Crunches
Sit-ups
Curls
Tri-ceps
and any Cardio is good!.

guys hit puberty usually later than girls do!. that explains why at 10, girls might be as strong or stronger than guys!. it will be hard for you to develop muscles now since you are still growing and developing, and your body has not yet gone through puberty!.

these exercises though might help:

* throw-downs
* crunches
* bicycle
* weight lifting
* push-ups
* pull-ups

but make sure you don't overwork yourself - lifting too much weights might slow don't your growthWww@Answer-Health@Com

yea im ten and ive been doing my bros 50 pound weights, and his punching bag!. not to mention the speed bag!.
rediculously, you would have to do that stuff to get your abs!.
thats how i got mine!. you can get the abs in at least a month if your in right shape, like me :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is still growing wait until your about 13 to start lifting waits!.!.!. if you start now you will harm your body in the long run!.!.!. do sit ups, push ups, and pull ups bur don't lift weights!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 10 you can't really build muscle!. Wait until you have some body hair then give it a shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
