I need to lose weight a.s.a.p.?

I need to lose a lot of weight in a short amount off time, I don't care right now if it's not going to be permanent, I just need to lose it a.s.a.p. and i can only make to the gym maybe twice a week, any suggestions?

Diet is key here, it's very important, see one pound = 3500 calories so your going to want to create a calorie deficit of that much to lose a pound of weight(you want to lose fat).

You want to increase your metabolism therefore by increase your muscle mass with weight training which will in the long term allow you to keep the fat off.
