Question: Is there anything comfortable that can hold a water bottle while jogging!?
Okay, I live in southern Louisiana and it gets insanely hot in the summers!. If I jog in the middle of the daytime I have to have a water bottle but they are a ***** to carry!. I like to take two or three laps around my 1!.9 mile route!. I do not want to stop every 1!.9 miles!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This may sound alittle crazy, however try a sports or military or police supply store and get a camelbak/ hydration pak!. they go on like a back pack and hold a good amount of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
