I lost a lot of weight, and can't seem to lose anymore.?!


Question: I lost a lot of weight, and can't seem to lose anymore!.!?
I used to be an overweight fat kid!. 225 pounds at 17 years old, at 6'1"!. Now, I'm 18, 185 pounds, with a lot more muscle!. However, I still have these horrible areas on my body I would like to tear out!. It seems that no matter what I do, I can't get rid of it!.

I've got a spot of fat around my neck that sticks out whenever I turn my neck at sharp angles : Eg: look down, turn left, etc!.

I've got a spot of fat directly on my chest!. It's like, no where else but directly around my chest, not above or below it, and just makes it look bad!.

I also have some stomach fat that I can't get rid of, it's not as big a deal to me as the others, but I still want to get rid of it!.

It's so annoying, I work out three times a week, eat decently (although today was bad, a taco bell taco, some ice cream, some mongolian restaurant, and a handful of sunchips :/)

I was losing it so fast and now it just seems to be at a standstill!. What can I do!? Anyone have experience with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body loses fat all at the same time if you do cardio!.

To lose weight you need to perform cardio!.

Perform cardio interval training: Cardio interval training is simply short bursts of high-intensity exercise combined with more moderate intensity within the same workout!.

Studies have shown that people who perform interval training twice a week (in addition to two other days of lower intensity cardio) lose twice as much weight as those who do just a moderate cardio workout!.

You can add a 45-second super brisk walk to your treadmill workout in the same timeframe!.

Your body will be working harder and will be forced to burn more calories!.

Work out 4-6 times a week, and an hour a day!.

Also stay away from fried food, junk food, sweets, sodas, or anything that may contain any useless fats!.

Drink green tea, it helps you with calorie burning!.

Okay!. when you diet, you need to eat ALOT of fruit and veg, like 5-9 portions a day!.

You also need to eat meats!.

Think of your body like a car, if you give it the right fuel, it runs properly, but if you give it the wrong fuel, it ends up starting to breakdown!.

Think about your diet, try not to be bad today, or bad tommorow, or someday next week!.

Eat fruit when you snack, or if you go to resturnats eat salads or meats with veg!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be brutally truthful, you need to talk to someone about your self esteem!. The problem isn't your weight anymore, infact you're in a perfectly healthy and normal weight range for your age and height!. Everybody has flaws and although they seem glaring to you, there are probably few people who would notice until you point it out!. And of the few that did notice I'm pretty sure even less of them cared!. My answer is to go talk to someone, there's nothing wrong with seeking advice about your own mind from a professional!. I mean you're asking questions here fine, why not talk to someone who can really help you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all it's ok to have one meal out of the week where you eat a cheeseburger or something your body needs that shock!. But choose grilled/broiled instead of fried eat more veggies and fruit!. As far as the stomach thing I've had two kids and I had that belly problem!. They have these bands that go around you stomach and work out with them and what not!. My very good friend acctually used Vaseline and Suran Wrap for her stomach!. It made her sweat off the fat around her belly after 2 kids and she' 32!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
