Question: Starting diet today, weight 160 need to lose 25 pounds what kind of thigh and abs exercise can I do!?
I'm 28 years old, 5'6, 160 Female!.

There are tons of workout ideas for you to do, but one thing to remember is that you can't loose thigh fat just by targeting thighs or stomach fat by targeting stomach!. Doing each will strengthen your muscle there, but loosing fat is mostly just burning calories!. So, you have to make sure that you are eating less calories than you are burning, as simple as that may seem
One of the very best fat burning exercises out there are called intervals!. this is where you are running (treadmill, eliptical, outside, wherever!.!.!.) or on a bike (again, in the gym or wherever) and you jog for 2-3 mins at a normal speed then you increase the speed for 1 min, then you go back to normal speed for the next 2-3 mins and repeat this for as long as you plan!. start off maybe for ten mins, then increase to 15 and then 20 etc!.

Im so proud that you decided to really get healthy!

First I will go over some great exercises!. For thighs you can do lunges and squats!. For extra benefit, use dumbells!. Do a squat and on the way up have your dumbells (5lbs) by your shoulders and lift them straight up!. With a lunge you can add biceps and when you go down for a lunge, bring your arm up 1/2 way with the dumbell!. Side lunges and great for your inner thigh and those exercises are some you can do at home without machines!. Start light, do 2 sets of 10!. Then as you go get up to 3 sets of 15!. You dont want to build muscle like a body builder but long lean tone muscle to make you strong and lean!.

There are tons of ab workouts, so use them all! Your ab will get bored quickly so change it up all the time!. Do bicycles where you put your hands behind your head with elbows parallel to the ground and bring your knees up and meet opposite knee to elbow!. Lay flat on the ground and bring opposite leg straigt up and touch with opposite fingers!. Do crunches with your back flat against the ground and do mini crunches for your upper abs!. Do leg lifts for lower abs!.

As for food, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day!. This will get your body into calorie burning mode!. Your body will immediately burn calories as soon as they come in instead of storing calories as it would do if you only eat 1 or 2 times a day!. A wonderful tip is DO NOT EAT ANY CARBS OR SUGAR after 5pm!. You will be losing weight in NO TIME!!! If you only eat veggies and lean protien like sliced turkey or sauteed fish after 5pm, you will see weight loss the first week!.

Honestly, I love over 40 lbs with the South Beach Diet!. It takes a little getting used to bc you eat all day long but the food is yummy and if you get the new supercharged plan they have a better list of options and a workout plan to follow!.

To tone your abs you need to do more core work, ab excerises don't do even close to as much as core strengthening!. Thigh exercises suck but stairmasters, cycling and the weight machines that work your inner and outter thighs kick but!! Or should i say thighs!!

drink your water!.!.!.!.!.very very important!.!.!.!.usually half your body weight in ounces!.!.!.!.to mix it up a bit you can add fresh fruit for flavor!.!.!.!.!.stay away from soda!.!.!.a major factor in weight gain!.

the eating part is pretty common sense!.!.!.!.stay away from junk food (but do allow yourself an occasional treat) deprivation are the main reason why people give up!.

Get in some good cardio 30 minutes a day!.!.!.!.whether if it is a walk, jog!. Bike ride but keep active and moving!. Mix it up a bit!.!.!.!.make it fun so you do not get bored!.

For weights!.!.don't spot train!.!.!.!.work your whole body!. Squats are great for the butt and legs!.!.!.!.crunches are awesome for the stomach!. Get some light weights and work the arms!.!.!.if you are going to lose weight you want to be toning at the same time!.!.!.!.preventing your skin to sag!. just eat a balanced diet accoding to the food pyimid!. dont drink soda and juices stick to water or coffee or tea with out milk and surgar!.

also if I think for you that losing weight is frist getting tones is second!. so if i were you i would jog, or swim 3-5 times a week in 30 min sessions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do squats!! thats helped me soooo much!.!.i do 2 sets a day!. atleast 30 squats!.!.
oh and lay off the junk food!. like soda chips twinkies and anything that has alot of sugar!.
only eat twice a day!. breakfast and dinner!. for breakfast: no more than a bowl of cereal!. and some orange juice or milk!. amd for dinner eat watever u like!. but make sure u cook it at home!! no restaurants or fast foods!!
ive been doin this and i used to weigh 145 and now i weigh 125!.
and do alot of exercise too!. like running and swimming and stuff!.!.ohh and drink ALOTTTTTT of water!

Work on cardio like walking and aerobics until you start to lose pounds, then work on toning exercises!. You can do crunches all day long but if you have a layer of fat over your abs you'll never see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
