Question: What should I do to loose 30 pounds!?
I have lost nearly 25 pounds now and I still need to loose 30 more to be at a very healthy weight!. What exercises do you think I should be doing!? What burns the most fat!?
I go to the gym 4-5 days week for two hours!. There's many machines there!.!.
What do you suggest the most!?

When u go to the gym, u should focus on cardio and lifting weights!. 20 min of weights, followed by 30-40 min of cardio should produce results!. Any type of cardio is ideal (treadmill, elliptical, bike, row machine) since they all burn calories!
You should try to consume less calories, somewhere around 1500-1600 calories consisting of healthy foods, like fruits, veggies, brown rice, oatmeal, egg whites, skinless chicken breast, fish, etc!.
