Question: What is the best way to tone my triceps, abs, and thighs!?

i'm 13 and im not overweight or anything, i would just like to tone these areas because if i did, i could look SOOO much better than i do now!.

for your thighs what would be good is bike riding or jumping rope or trampoline!. and for inner thighs all you have to do is stick a pillow between your legs and squeeze until your legs are tired!. like hold it for three seconds or something!. that you can do basically anywhere!. and for arms just do about 20-50 push ups a day, depending on how many you can do!. you could do boy push ups or girl push ups!. and for your abs do 200 crunchs a day!. like 100 day and night or 50, wait an hr or two, 50, wait, 50, wait, and then the other 50!. also the workouts at http://fitnessmagazine!.com are really good, and they have a lot of ab exercises since they are doing an ab-a-thon month or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For your triceps hold a weight in both hands lift your elbows to your ears with your arms bent parallel to the floor then straighten your arms overhead!.Do several sets of repetitions!. For your abs do bunches of sit ups!. If they get easy try holding a weight to your chest while you do the sit up!. For your thighs get a work out band, stretchy rubber band hook one end, I hook mine to a kitchen chair and hold he chair for balance!. then hook the other end around your ankle, cross your leg in front over the other leg then cross it in the back!. The further you stretch the band the more resistance you get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well the funnest (and very good way) to tone your muscles is Wii Fit!.If you do not have a Wii then I suggest jogging, or any sport that requires a lot of arm and leg work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
