Healthy diet plan?!

Healthy diet plan?

well, i kinda have a hard time with eating healthy because there are always choco, cookies and chips calling my name in the cupboard. im not fat its just that i want my body to be healthier. please give me suggestions for a HEALTHY breakfast lunch and dinner. thank you so much for your help!

Well, I'm not a dietician or a fitness instructor...the only thing I can suggest is go for Low-Carb-diet with regular excercise. A strict diet alone will not be effective without excercise. And if you are dieting, make sure to take multi-vitamins for women who are in strict diet to make sure that you are still getting all the nutrients your body need. Also, drink lots and lots of fluid such as water, milk, tea, or soy milk...fluid will make you feel full, hydrate your body and skin, and will flushed out all the toxic that you have in your system and this will improve your blood circulation as well. And if you are sometimes craving for sweets, junk food...etc..always ask yourself...what benefit are these type of foods will give to your body? How many calories are they putting into your system? The more you eat...the more time you have to spend time working out...so always think first before you put anything in your mouth.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal, low-fat milk, with a slice of fruit.
Lunch: Fish or chicken with a bit of rice
Dinner: vegetables
