Question: How much should i run!?!?!?

I do cross country as well, and track!. Well, once I ran a little over 6 miles, but usally I get lazy and just run 3 miles =P I try running for at least 20 - 30 minutes without stopping at a steady pace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am in cross country as well!. And the miles you're doing on your own are just fine but if it gets any easier try to go longer distances or run faster during the run to train your body!. That way it'll be easier by race day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
