Question: Can i change my whole figure in a year or so!?
if i am 13 years old, 153 lbs!. and stretch marks, in a year or so can i make my body look completely different, like thinner legs, body, and boobs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Follow this routine!

1!. Wake up early, and drink a glass - small bottle of cold water on an empty stomach, this will cause your body to increase your core body temperature, and therefore burning calories!.

2!. Once you've had your cold water, wait for about 30 - 50 minutes before you have breakfast!. I recommend you have a bowl of Special K cereal with skimmed (no fat!) milk!.

3!. Exercise!! It is the most important factor overall! For weight loss, you need to perform cardio!. Also, I suggest you work out in the morning, you get more energized, just wait about 1 - 2 hours before your work out after breakfast!. Walk at a fast pace for about 30 minutes, as a warm up!. Then keep on running as fast as you can, and when you get tired, walk until you're able to run again!. You are 13!. Far to young to worry yet, just live life, enjoy food and keep a decent amount of activity in your life (not necessarily going to the gym and pumping iron or running on a treadmill for days) just regular activity like bike riding in summer, swimming, walking to the mall (and in it) and other fun stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excersize!.Control food intake portions (like not fatty foods such as oh lets say anything deep fried)!. For the stretch marks:use coco butter!. Boobs:if you loose weight it will make them look smaller, not avoiding it really!.

I have been very thin my whole life, thats just my metabolism!.Some things you can't control!.
