Question: Whats the best way to get my bench from 155/ 160 (not sure which im at) to 190 in two months!?
im 15, i want to make sure i play d-end next year for JV football (since i'm gonna be a sophomore), and a lot of guys in my grade are already at 200 on bench or close (185+)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a 5x5 regiment!. Take some weight that you can do a max of 5 times, and do 5 reps for 5 sets!.

I know this sounds kind of unorthodox, but i know from personal experience that this works!. About a months ago (before i started seriously benching), i maxed 225!. For my birthday in May i got a bench and immediately began the 5x5 program!. My bench jumped from 225 max to 255!.

Ive also noticed more girth in my chest!.!.!.I definitely recommend it!. And no i didn't take any creatine or protein supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is this your 1 rep max!? Or is it a weight you can do for 6 reps!.

i would consider just to keep working out have a spotter there and work out with him holding bar with just a lil help not much at all and that should help a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
