What do you do for your body?!


Question: What do you do for your body!?
Answers:
I exercise (cardio, circuit, weights, yoga, jogging, walking my dog), eat right (about 90% of the time), drink at least 64 oz of water a day, rest, and I cleanse!. I also try and reduce stress as much as possible by reading books, and daily try to improve my mind and increase my spiritual connections!

I eat a low glycemic diet!. I eat 6 times a day!. I eat 12 servings of fruit and veggies!.

I work out at least 45min!. a day!.

I feel great!.

I used to have high blood pressure, was prediabetic, and had high cholesterol!.

Since I changed my lifestyle, I have changed all three!.

Now I am committed to help others change their lifestyle!.
