How to get abs and a V-cut.?

I'm 16 yrs. old male skinny but don't have much muscle. Figured wouldn't be too hard to get abs and then after wards try for V-cut. Only thing is i don't know what excercise ruteens that i should be doing. Or maybe something to make it simpler. Could some one help me. Thanks.

Like any other muscle in your body you must train your abs with weights and body weight exercises. Try doing crunches with a weight plate on your chest. Start light and as you grow stronger try a heavier plate. Another great exercise for me is leg raises or when you are ready weighted leg raises. This will also help with the V. I always train 5 days a week 1 day per muscle group but i train abs 3 time a week or every second day. This allow the ab muscles to rest and recuperate from the strain. Another important part of abdominal training is the correct nutrition. In muscle building training is an hour or so of the journey to a great body but nutrition and rest makes up the other 22 hours in a day. Hope this helps
