Question: What do you think of my meals today!?
Breakfast
1 Whole Pita
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Non-fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Large Banana

Snack
Other 1/2 of Banana

Lunch
5 oz chicken dark meat with some sauce
1 cup of wild rice
1 cup string beans
1 Balance Bar Gold

Snack
Apple

Dinner
3x3 ish piece of turkey lasagna with riccata cheese, I took the mozerella of the top
2 cups of string beans

Snack

That's excellent, nice and healthy, and pretty well balanced, though it wouldn't hurt to change up your veggies to include a little more variety, say some carrots or broccoli or something!. Ignore the person telling you to cut the carbs down!. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good to me!. just make sure you don't ignore your body when it's hungry because it will backfire if you're trying to lose weight!. (i forgot exactly but if you starve yourself but your body goes into survival mode and releases the fat or something, dont quote me)Www@Answer-Health@Com
