Will this make me loose weight??!


Question:

Will this make me loose weight??

If i have a bowl of cereal at 7am, then a **Fruit smoothie next time im hungry and then the time after that that im hungry or a bowl or salad, then at 5pm start to cook dinner (Say steamed veg and fish or something) and then dont eat any thing after 6pm, except for maybe a piece or fruit if im hungry, will this make me loose weight??...

** 100ml Vanilla icecream (55cals) , handful of fruit, crushed ice

(By the way at the moment i get up and all i do is eat all day and drink coke/sprit ALL day long and i dont stop till i fall asleep in the early hours of the morning)

Im 20 i walk every where i have to go and im about 5'5/5'6, and i weight 12 stone, i dont look "Fat" But i just feel like a slob and need to loose weight for my sisters wedding in Sept, i have a flat stomach (always have done, but now ive put on weight its got a little flabby : ( .. has this helped??)

your BMR is around 2200 calories per day. this is to sustain your weight. to lose 1lb of fat per week you need to drop 500 calories.

your body can lose no more than 2 lbs of fat per week. any more weight loss than that is muscle and water.

your calorie intake is too low. you actually won't lose much weight when your calorie intake is too low as your body will hold onto whatever you put into it, slowing your metabolism.

you should aim for around 1700 calories per day (at the lowest 1500). and spread the meals over the day so that you're eating 5-6 times. this will increase your metabolism.
