Question: How can i lose body weight within 1 week what do i do!?
how can i lose body weight within 1 week, i want to tone my legs, arms stomach and face all within a week, I live in a mobile home in which my mobile home doesnt have stairs that i can run up and down, whenever i exercise i give up easily, i want to lose weight i KNOW i am overweight, how can i lose weight, to add to all of this I drink water everyday and lay off the junk food its not working what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

and try to snack on healthy foods that are rich in fiber, apples are a good source!. By eating frequently (NOT TOO MUCH) and eating healthy gets your metabolism going causing you to digest faster!. Eat smaller portion HEALTHY meals around 5-6 times a day!. Drink LOTS of water at least 8-13 cups!. Also jogging is a very effective way to tone legs!. Also take time eating, smaller bits of food gets digested a lot better and decrease the amount of sugar intake!. BUT doing this in one week!.!.!. I would have to say thats damn impossible unless you starve yourself!.!.!. WHICH CAN CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. Well to start off with you say you are overweight!. You're not going to lose 30 or so pounds in a week!. I too am overweight and I am on a diet!. Every day I eat grilled chicken and potatoe for dinner!. NEVER ANDYTHING FRIED! Lay off the chips and soda!. I go to the gym everyday and walk for an hour on the treadmill!. I burn about 1,000 calories at the gym in an hour!. You need to give it time!. The first week I lost 5 pounds and every week after that I lost 4!. it's going to take a lot to loose enough in one week!. it's also put too much stress on your body i'm sure!. if you really want to loose weight you'll find a way to keep exercising!. is there a gym near you open 24 hours a day!? or go for long walks/jogs!. there are also plenty of exercises to tone areas with low impact on joints and such!. google it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
This worked for me: 1000 calories a day and walk 30-45 minutes!. Cut soda and other really sugary drinks out completely!. I've been doing this for now a month and I've lost 10 pounds so far, which is pretty good!. If you increase your exercising you'd probably lose more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
