what KAT said was all true!. but be aware that its a "protein diet" that means its merely for athletes and weight lifters!.

i lost 13lbs in two weeks without undergoing crush diets!.

i did the same tho, protein and non-fat diet!.
avoid sugary foods and sodas!. -stick to water!. about 2gl a day!.
dont combine calories and protein!.
also, get an appropriate sleep n' rest!.

i play basketball in the morning for about an hour and lift in the evening for 2hours least!.

yes!. it is dreadful and not easy but its worth it!!

My husband is a pro boxer and he has to lose about that or more within 6 weeks!.All he does is cut back on the amount of food intake like instead of eating till ur full eat until ur not hungry!.He eats grilled chicken salads with vinagret dressing, tuna w/ rotel and lemon juice( i think thats gross) baked fish not breaded, boild shrimp and alot of chicken!.And of course he works out like 2 or 3 times a day to get a good sweat to lose the fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

181 before i lost 21 to 160!.
i became a vegetarian and didn't eat or drink
anything with sugar in it !.
i had an outdoor job,landscaping!. so i was active all day which meant i burned alot of calories!.
i didn't exercise at all!.
after i lost the weight it was the best i ever felt in my life but i think that had to do with giving up sugar and caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to weigh 120 now I'm like 108
not quite a 20 pound loss but I'm getting there
I just made sure to go at least 6 hours straight without eating
and burn off everything I ate!. running mostly!.
