Question: Really scared bc of what my doctor said!?
I used to be fat like 40 lbs overweight!. Then I started going to a personal trainer and I've lost it all and gained like all muscle (its awesome lol)!. When I went to the doctor yesterday she asked me how many calories i was taking in in a day!. I said like 300!. She almost died and asked my mom to leave!. She said I needed like 2000 I was like hellll nah! She said now, I have like no fat on my body and I'm underweight by a few pounds!. I'm 6'4 and I now weigh 175 lbs!. I'm 14!. Is it true that I am "almost anorexic!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!!!! you should NEVER go below 1200 (and even thats a stretch) a day!. you body NEEDS calories to function!. even if you were to lay in bed all day and not move your body needs something like 1000 calories just to keep your organs functioning/blood flowing/breathing!!!

your personal trainer needs to be fired!. i cannot believe someone would allow you to work out on that few calories!. you may have done some serious damage to your organs already and not even know it!.

and yes, you're underweight!. my ex was 6'1 and 180 and he was underweight!. at this rate you will become anorexic!. seek help on understanding nutrition!. go see a nutritionist, it will help you soooo much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this is all the nutriance you are taking in then you should be scared!.

Your going to reach a point where you will unforunately start to kill your own body!.
The body is designed to intake a certain number of nutrients and if you are not providing you could seriously hurt yourself!.

There is a healthy way to lose weight just keep up with the excercise and eat things that are good for you or you might change "almost anorexic" to ANOREXIC

My question is: why would you think Yahoo Answers is more accurate than what your doctor is telling you!? Trust your doctor!. 300 calories is not nearly enough!. Maybe you and your personal trainer should work through a diet plan for you that's healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at your height that is very low!. what bothers me more is that you think 300 cal a day is ok!. that is a eating disorder!. you need to take in at least 1500 and that's if you are trying to lose weight!. please eat more, don't let yourself get sickWww@Answer-Health@Com
