Would nutrisystem work for me?!


Question: Would nutrisystem work for me!?
Hello all!. I have been looking into the Nutrisystem plan!. I'm 27, 5'8 and 177 lbs and I am looking just to lose some excess fat around my belly and get rid of the love handles!. I used to run and work out alot, but the past couple years I have been slacking (drinking beer) and have been on the sea food diet (Whatever I see, I eat)!.

But now, as I am getting a little older, I can see it add up some!. I would really only like to do it for a month or so to help me lose my body fat, and because I'm horrible at calorie counting and watching what I eat, I was thinking this may help me lose it a little quicker!.

I am also going to run a couple miles every other day and recently bought a Bowflex home gym, so I'm pretty serious about getting into shape!. I know exercise is the best way, and I'm going to do it for sure, but do you think Nutrisystem would be a benefit to a person such as me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything works if you stick to it but I don't recommend a system that sends you food because you have to maintain that eating habit to keep the weight off!. I will look into systems that provides you with a plan!.
