Go to a gym or a fitness couch and get you body fat measured!. He or she will tell you if your in healthy levels!. My advice is to lay off the junk food anyways!. If not for weight, there are so many bad things in junk food that cause disease and malnutrition!. Soda is the worst!. Whether diet or regular, it does horrible things to you body!. Enjoy a treat every once and a while (moderation is the key word) but treat your body nice and it will be nice to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Secondly, I am guessing you are quite young!. Once you are well into puberty or your teens or twenties, that kind of eating will catch up and it will be easier to gain weight from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it really depends-are you growing still!? If so don't go on any extreme weight loss, you could really damage your body!. I'm no fitness expert, so I would check on a BMI calculator to be sure!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
