Can anyone tell me how to tighten up my lower abdomen.?

trying to lose weight, but theres a trouble spot thats seem the hardest.


Answers:

Leg lifts will tighten your lower abs. You can lie down on your back while your lifting your legs up and then lower your legs six inches from the ground. Or you can use the machine that holds you in the air while lifting your legs, I don't know what its call but they are usually at the gym. Be sure to be consistent and do your crunches and leg lifts in sets. Cardio is VERY important because the layer of fat will not dissapear unless you do cardio (running, swimming, dancing).
