Question: Weight lifting and building muscle!! Help!?
Ok so im 15 !. 5'7 and 140-145pounds !.
I have been working out everyother day latley but i was wondering
what should i be eating !?!?
some people are tellin me that i should eat what ever i want because you need fat to build mager muscle
and some people are sayin eat healthy!

So what should i do!?!?!?

Oh and allot of people say im skiny should i pig out and then try working out!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

get protein into your diet, something like whey protein isolate, help you build muscle without putting on heaps of fat, get a wpi shake down your neck after your workout - helps recovery, reduces soreness etc
rule of thumb, eat nothing deep fried!
