I have the worst time toning up. My sides are really thick and when I do lunges and squats, my thighs and bottom gets really big. I do cardio, but it never seems to help. How can I tone up and thin out nicely? I'm a work out fanatic, but nothing i do seems to work. I also eat healthy.
