Question: Was this a Good Breakfast And Lunch!?!?
Breakfast- 1/2 cup fiber one cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
1 cup of strawberries= total 230 calories
Lunch- 1 piece of wheat bread with 1 teaspoon of low calorie margerine fortified with omega 3 fatty acids with 1 slice of chedder cheese = 210 calories
Cherries=40 calories
Snack= salad with onions, garlic, tomatoes, no dressing!.
Any ideas for dinner!? I am trying to stay under 1400 calories (I am female)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try a can of tuna in salad with light dressing!.!.add in alot of veggies!.!.about 250 calories!.!.and a baked patato!.!.about a 450 calorie meal!.!.and have a light yogurt with fruit in it for dessert!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds good so far!.!.!.try adding some protein for dinner!. Fish and chicken (baked or grilled) are low in calories and high in protein!. If you prefer not to eat meat then maybe you could have some eggs or nuts with your dinner!. You really need a good source of protein to help you with energy and to keep with a good balanced meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's good! For dinner I'd say some grilled chicken or fish with veggies, maybe some brown rice too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
