Question: How Much Water should I Drink Per Day!?
I have heard a lot of people say 8 cups which is 64 ounces which is about 4 bottles (16!.9 ounces each)!. I already drink 3 cups of milk & 1 cup of orange juice daily!. Wouldn't adding 8 cups of water make me go to the bathroom a lot!?
That's a total of 12 cups of fluids!
I am 19, male, I weigh 117, height: 5 feet 2!.25 inches
I only workout twice a week, and play basketball once a week!.

The 8 cups a day includes all other fluids that contain water!. Seeing that both orange juice and milk are both mainly composed of water anyway, I would say you are half way there each day!.
The 8 cups is also just a generalization for all people!. Depending on your physical activity and caloric intake, it will differ!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont include you milk and juice into your water intake for the day!. You do need about 6-8 glasses of water a day!. So important to hydrant you, clean your system and make you feel and look better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I heard that for every pound in your body your supposed to drink 1 ounce of water so about 90-117 ounces would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Juice and Milk do not replace water with regards to hydration - especially juice!.!.!.!.

Atleast eight cups a day, but make sure you have extra on days you are working out heaps, or the weather is hot!
