Question: What kind of workout should I do!?
I had a baby 2 months ago and I really need to lose the excess weight around my midsection, but i would like to do something that would incress the size of my butt!. I know it sound weird but!.!.!.my butt is flat!!!.!.!.what kind of exercises should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To handle the weight around your mid-section, plus help build muscle in your rear, "spinning" is a fantastic cardio option!. I had a baby 3 months ago, and another thing I've been doing is something I read that Brooke Burke (who just had her 5th kid) has done!.!.!.go buy the BIGGEST ACE bandage you can find, and wrap your midsection fairly tightly every day!. there are many simple fat-burning exercises you can do like running, biking, swimming, jump-roping(it actually really hard) and many more!. its usually easiest to fit in one of these in the morning for about 1/2 an hour =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
