Eggs & Weight Loss?!


Question: Eggs & Weight Loss!?
My mother got this great buy on eggs last week and dropped by several dozen at my house!. My daughter and I started eating an egg for breakfast each morning this past week and was surprised to see we had lost a few pounds this morning!. Are eggs beneficial in weight loss or could it be that we were lacking in a certain nutrient that the eggs are supplying!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They're good protein so they'll be more filling!. If you have a healthy, filling breakfast you're less likely to eat more during the day!. So you might lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eggs are super good for you but they're quite high in cholesterol and calories - one small egg has 88, a large egg has about 120 and a duck egg has about 150!. A lot of people counteract this by leaving out the yolk - egg white only has about 30 calories - but the yolk is where most of the goodness is (it's packed with vitamins)!. Everything in moderation!

eggs are very good for you as long as you don't over eat on them!.
they can be used for weight loss if you have 1 maybe 2 a day, but if you have anymore your cholestoral may start to riseWww@Answer-Health@Com

egg whites are great for proteins but the yolks are deadly !.!.!.
