Question: Good way to stay in shape !?!!?
I want a good diet, i like too eat a lot though ! And any good exercising moves or workouts!. I want too work out my upper leg fat and my stomach!. Please help me and tell me a good way to get fit in those areas!. Also love handles, any way to work that off too !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating small meals every few hours is the best way you can diet for losing weight!. Eat five or six small meals a day if you can, protien/carb for the first 2 or 3 and protien/veggie for the last 2 or 3!.
To tone up the muscles in your upper legs, do squats!. Bend at your knees and keep your back straight, kind of like you're sitting in a chair, hands behind your head!.
For toning your abs do crunches and leg raises!. To do a good crunch you only need to come off the ground a little so that your upper legs and body make a 45 degree angle!. Leg raises are as follows: lay on your back with your legs straight, hands under your butt!. Lift your legs so that your feet are level with your face, then bring them back down but don't touch the floor!.
As for the love handles, you can tone up hat area with the side crunch!. This is kind of like the normal crunch except you turn into one side!. A good way to do this is to lay on your back like you would for a crunch but put one ankle on top of your knee!. The leg you bent is the direction you want to turn into when you come up with the crunch!. Have your opposite hand behind your head and bring that elbow to your crossed legs knee but don't move the knee!.
Esstenially, the best way to work off fat from anywhere on your body is cardio!. Running swimming and sports like basketball and tennis are some of the best cardio excercises!. Working those muscles out will increase the definition of that muscle but won't burn the fat off, you need cardio for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising first thing in the morning (particularly running) will give you a metabolism boost and burn more fat than if you run at night!. This is because your glucose stores were used up during the night (8 hours of fasting!) so your body must go directly to fat for energy!. Believe it or not, it will actually give you more energy during the day and you will naturally choose healthier food choices!. I really don't know why you choose healthier food, but me and my running buddies all agree on this!.

Another exercise that you may really enjoy is swimming!. It uses every muscle in your body, builds cardio, expands your lung capacity, and does not have the jarring effect of running!. This means that you can really amp up your calorie burn, because you can get calories zapped from a combination of running and swimming!.

Weight training will also do wonders for your physique!. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, and truly there are many other reasons!. You should google it, lots of great articles out there :)

Finally (sorry this is such a long answer) - working some bicycle rides into your fitness regime will be a great way to balance out your workouts!. Not to mention, you may decide you love the three sports combined and want to do a triathlon :)
