Going through a plateau?? Help?!

Question:

Going through a plateau?? Help?

I'm only able to lose about 1 pound a week instead of 2. Can I keep my excercise (at 30 minutes a day, approx jogging/powerwalking 3km a day) the same? Or will I have to increase it to get over the plateau?

I still have about 10 pounds to lose, and I don't exactly have the time to increase the excercise. I run a busy schedule.

Answers:

I would say that you should just keep up what your doing now to lose 1 pound a week.
Your body is telling you that it doesn't want to lose more,
so just keep it at the same pace,
or you might start to gain it back.
Sure, in 10 weeks, it will be the end of bikini season,
but you'll feel much better about yourself, and your accomplishments.
Also, if pounds is your concern,
and you're looking for a quick fix,
check into getting a hicolonic, or a colonoskapi. (both of those words are spelled wrong.... sorry)
Depending on your age,
you can lose up to 20 pounds.
If you're in high school,
you should lose 10-15 pounds.
This will not have the same effect on your body as exercising,
and wont take down fat off your arms, or legs,
but your stomach will be much flatter,
and you should be at your goal weight.
good luck!
