I think it is close to truth if deciding your friend's words having my knowledge!. One of my friends tries to lose his weight just by exercising every day!. His way came to success because he lost 5 kg in a month!. Now that he tried one way, he tried to lose his weight by using another effective way!. What was his new way to lose his weight!? That was that he ate small amount of meals!. It was really small when campared with normal his meal amount!. He lost 10 kg!. Then, I aksed him how it was possible!. He said, "I read a book making good muscles!. There, I found new method to lose weight!. How!? Decreasing meal amount is good for losing weight"!. Now, he is mixing two ways(exercise, diet)!. He is being thinner when I meet him every month!.
I hope my experience be helpful to you!.
To lose weight is really difficult!. More endurance is needed to get success on a diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight at an average of 1 pound a week is healthy, so in 14 days you can set a goal of 2 pounds!. Diet is extremely important for losing weight, and will be more effective short term, but regular exercise is also important for your long term health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your friend sounds stupid!.

Your weight loss is based on an equal balance of what you are eating, which is your diet and how much you exercise!.

For eating, you need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day, so your body doesn't think you're starving and stores food you eat as fat cells, which is what you don't want!.
I don't remember the exercise one!. I think you're supposed to exercise 30 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your friend is right, what you eat makes a bigger difference than what you do, but you want to exercise so that you dont lose muscle and get all flabby!. dont do a strict diet, you wont stick to it and you will gain it all back, you probably wont listen but its the truth!. if you stick to 1500 cals a day, (three 400 cal meals and a few 100 cal snacks) you will lose about 10 pounds or so!. it will slow down after that but that is normal!. dont eat all ready made processed foods either (frozen meals, shakes ect) make sure you eat alot of fresh foods and drink lots of h20Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know that the bigger % is your diet but i dont think that the gap is that big i would say more like 65% and 35% but it all depends on how your body is built now and what type of fat you have most of if it is the watery type that burns off easly i would say with just the diet 8lbs at most but if you add exercise i would rais that to 10lbs hopes this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

exercising will build muscle (unless you're doing cardio or someshit) so you may gain weight!.!.!. that's not really a bad thing though, unless you're huge

so, if you're a whale i would suggest goin on a diet and then workin out when you're at the size you wanna be so you can tighten upWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes most is based on diet!. You don't want a crash diet!!
You should be able to safely lose 1-1/2 lbs per week!.
3500 calories= 1lb!. So count your calories and eat at least 1500 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well ur friend is damn rong caz diets dont work if didnt noticed b4!. uif u do go on dose, yule loos only about 7 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
