Question: Truthfully: Do I need to lose weight in the tummy!? [pics]!?
Let's get something straight: I KNOW I AM NOT FAT!. In fact I know that I am skinny!. So don't tell me that I am fine the way I am (because I am aware thanks)!. I would just like to lose the weight around my stomach and get maybe a 2-pack!. I don't want to go extreme dieting or anything, I would just like a truthful opinion if I have an ideal bikini stomach!. If not, any tips on how I can!?

You, my dear, don't need a 2-pack or anything else!.
A 2-pack would actually make your stomach a bit lumpy (that's what I think anyway)!. For girls, keep that soft-smoothness 'cause its a lot more attractive and nice looking then muscles there!.

Of course you don't need to lose weight!
But, if you really wanted to, you could tone up a bit by doing abdominal exercises!.!.!.

I think I know what you mean because my stomach is similar!. I feel as though there is a thin layer with mine that I'd like more toned!.!.!. which no one ever understands!
If you want a two pack you'll have to do some crunches and some lower ab exercises!. It shouldn't take long at all!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
