Lost motivation....?!


Question: Lost motivation!.!.!.!.!?
I eat healthy for a week and work out at the gym and after that week I usually can't do it anymore and eat candy and junk food instead of healthy choices!. I loose motivation!.!.!.and its just so hard to stay on track!. I don't even take that big of steps! I don't jump in head first, all I do it eat a little healthier and stay away from lots of junk food!. Help! How can I stay on track!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a fighter!. So I have to train everyday!. But I get the same way till I got Motivation tattooed on my chest!. It's what pushes me to workout and go hard everyday!. I have to look at it and it makes me go!. Find something that can motivate you!. Music, anger, picture of ex, or just hang pictures of peoples body's all over your house that you want to look like!. you'll push yourself to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
