Question: Whatg is an easy way for a 12 year old to lose weight!?
I am 12 but will be 13 in August! I weigh 170 lbs!. I lost 10 lbs!. but could NOT keep it off! My wight goes up and down and up and down and I dont know what to do! I have been ask to preform in beauty pagents but because of my weight I cant! also I play softball and if i lost some weight I could run a whole lot faster! I am on the allstar team but I am an alternate because I hit AWSOME i hit to the fence but I CANT RUN! I need some easy ways to slim my thighs, weist, and stomach! A little to much to ask but I am deteromoned! I want to be 115 lbs in 2 months!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have alots goin 4 u girlie!! Sign up for summer camps to get you out of the house!. I read in a magazine it's good to tell yourself that you're skinny!. Sign up for fun runs and if you can't run!.!.fast walk! :) Cut down to maybe only 1 coke for two wks!. if u only drink water the rest of the summer you'll be less than 115lbs!! Good Luck!! hmm well i am 115 pound and a couple years older then u, and i have been asked to go into beauty pagents too, but my mom doesn't belive in premoting ur beauty like that :[ but there is no way to lose that much in 2 months it can take years, and if u r seriuos about losing weight u can always get a trainer, they r a gr8 help eat healthy and do sports u will lose the wieght in no time :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are only 12, you don't really need to loose weight!. Most likely you will grow into it!.

Getting to 115 lbs in 2 months is impossible, sorry!.

However, if you really want to loose weight, cut back on junk food and up the exercise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of exercise and healthy eating, replace junk food snacks with fruit or salads, drink water instead of juice, that kind of stuff, cut down on sugar intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie, there is no such thing as a diet if it doesn't complement both exercise (which you seem to be taking care of well) and both changing your eating habits!. Doing this is a LIFESTYLE change meaning, once you do it your like that for the rest of your life!. You are young, so I wouldn't focus on a "diet" because I think dieting is crap and it makes you become compulsive!.!.etc!. Anyway- start eating healthier focusing on smaller portions of the higher in calorie food and focus on veggies and fruits!. Also, you don't even need to start out running; you could just start taking a walk around the block and enhance it everyweek by walking a little bit faster and a little bit farther!.!.no big!. As you work on that more and more you'll come to something more difficult from where you started!. Just don't rush into any vigorous exercise or you'll be sick of it in a week!. Start slow, eat well, I can tell you right now you won't be loosing 55 lbs in two months, but you'll definatly be on a start to losing that 55 lbs!. Loosing weight is no where near as easy as gaining it!. Hang in there and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think its healthy to lose so much weight in so little time and i dont really think its possible either!.!. but take your time!. you're still young!. i try and lose weight too and i've asked my coaches what are good ways to lose fat in liek my thighs and stomach and they told me that you cant particularly lose weight in one area!. they told me to run because it works out your whole body, so run at least 3-4 times a week!. my track coach who is a student told me that it isnt good to run everyday because it can be bad for your knees running on concrete, but running on grass or sand would be good!. i do crunches for my tummy so that can help too!. & watch what you eat, cut down your portions and instead of soda or juice drink a lot of water!. you could drink maybe a cup of water before you start your meal!. and be sure to get a lot of sleep! dont weigh yourself everyday either cus that might discourage you, good luck! if you can put your head into it you can lose the weight!. and good luck with softball :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
