Motivation????????!


Question: Motivation!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I have been trying to eat healthy and maybe quit drinking soda but i am a caffiene addict!. i did so good for about a month and lost about 13 lbs!. it was amazing but now i am back to my old ways and gaining lbs!. back on!. Does anyone have any ideas about what i could do to get motivated to eat right and exercise more!.!.!.!.or to even quit drinking soda again!? plz help me w/ any ideasWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well go on the internet, look up some girls bodies and you just stare at it and say "I want that body!"

Each night, sit in bed for 15 minutes and think about your dream body!. Tell yourself that you have to change!. Make a difference!. Convince yourself that you have to do it!

Or you can just force yourself to exercise!. And to quit drinking soda, when you open the can, put something gross in there like sauce and drink it and tell yourself how nasty soda is!. And taste it!. EWW You will get off the stuff right then and there!.

And make the workout fun! Bring some music and like dance or something!. Be creative!. You don't have to be stuck lifting the weights or jogging like everyone else!. Do something original that gives you the edge!.

there are quite a few ways 2 stay motivated!.

find a celeb whos body you would love 2 have!.!.!.print it out and put it somewhere where you will see it everyday!. i have The Rock eyebrowin me every morning when i wake up 2 go workout!.

other ways 2 stay motivated while working out is 2 bring some music along and just jam 2 it!.

or find a buddy who is trying 2 do what you are 2 come work out with you!.

I have been soda free since 92!. it was not that hard ( and I really liked soda, Cactus Cooler and Sprite)!. Try Sugar Free soda and/or drinks!. Teas are also great drinks!. Also try taking a fitness activity like a Karate class!. It gives you motivation due to the need to get better to advance!. check out fitness magazines like M&F Hers, Oxygen Magazine, Shape, Womens Fitness!.
Eat Plenty of fruit!.
