Diet, lose weight without cooking?

There are all of these diet program's, one of them is Nutrasystem, they send you meals.
The precooked meals that are already out there, Lean Cusine, Weight Watchers, etc. Can you design your own diet using these premade meals, lose weight, and be healthy doing it?


Answers:

Sure, why not? Just go out and run for about 40 minutes daily to help you shred up the fat.

Just read the nutritional facts on all of these products your buying. Make sure they aren't high in sodium, cholesterol, or saturated fats, because these three things could kill your diet. Small amounts are fine, just not big amounts.

Try calorie counting and not crossing much past 1500. Also don't go less that 1200 because you don't want your body going into starvation mode. I suggest eating about five 250-300 calorie meals throughout the day so you are never starving during one part of the day. Constantly on the run? Invest in some low-cal cereal bars. They provide you with some vitamins and minerals and most are good for you.

I suggest this to everyone I put on a low-cal diet. Take a multivitamin! It is so important to get all your required vitamins and minerals that eating so little of food won't get all of them to you.
