Question: What should i EAT to lose this the weight!!!?
Im on the heavy side and i just love to eat!. its basically a hobby im not sure how to get the weight off and i was looking for some opinions!. i work at an office so im sitting all day and by the time i get off theres not really any time to exercise so i kinda just lookin to eat right!.!.!. anyone out that can help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know exactly how you feel because i used to be the same exact way!. i did something thats very simple!. i made a menu for myself!. when i got it the way i like it, it was less expensive for me than my regular way of eating, it has more nutrients, its easy to stick to because i can eat pretty much whenever i feel hungry and my body doesnt feel stuffed or low energy!. heres what i do:
breakfast: light and fit vanilla yogurt (actually tastes very good)
if i feel hungry between breakfast and lunch i will eat a granola bar (good for digestion and gives me energy)
lunch: half a sandwich with some type of fruit or fruit cup
i know that only half a sandwich might sound strange but once your stomach gets smaller you wont notice this as a small portion and you actually dont feel hungry afterwards
dinner: depends on my location but whatever it is, just take a smaller portion!. your body will feel better if you dont eat so much like i used to do!.
now i'm not sure if your this way at night but it seems like at night time when i watch tv or a movie i want to have a little snack before bed so i will have a 100 calorie snack normally the cookie kind because i love chocolate then i will go brush my teeth and fall asleep!. all of the things that i just mentioned are easy to take with you places and prepare!. its not so much a diet but really a healthy life style change and believe me your body will appreciate it i've only been doing this about 2 weeks and i have already lost alot of weight, i actually feel like going outside and playing with the dog when normally around 3:00 im ready to take a nap!. once giving different low calorie foods a try i actually enjoy them like normal food such as light cranberry juice, diet sodas, flavored water!. you would be suprised at how many things are low calorie out there if you just look!. i hope this all helped you, its nice to be able to share this advice with someone because i really know it will work for you, it worked for me and i've been unhealgthy for a long time!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

turkey slices(they have them in the deli section with only 45 calories per serving)
Kashi cereals
South beach diet bars in the peanut butter chocolate or vanilla crunch(taste great!)
carrots
salsa(dip your veggies in them because it fights cravings and speeds up metabolism) anything spicy helps to speed metabolism
celery(burn more calories eating)
blueberrie(great form of antioxidants)
green tea(speeds up metabolism)
water (drink 16 ounces first thing in the morning to help speed metabolism and an additional 80 throughout the day!. believe me this helps with faster weight loss especially if the water is ice water cause your body has to work hard to warm it up thus helping you burn more calories)
whole grain bread or whole wheat bread (no white!)
salad dressings that are low calorie such as the ones you spray(10 cal for 10 sprays)
8th continent soy milk has only 50 cals for 8 ounces
fat free cheddar cheese
egg whites
low fat yogurt such as light and fit 60 cals per container
low calorie soups (fill you up fast)
bran buds(lots of fiber to keep you full plus aids in digestion and faster weight loss)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am currently drinking a tea called trimax!.!.!.although the taste isnt to great ive lost 5lbs so far n believe it or not i just started on this past sunday!.!.!.Im hoping to see improvment soon but the scale doesnt lie!.!.!.atleast not this one!.!.!.=] with this tea however u cant eat just n e old junk food u have to lessen your meals !.!.!.hope everything works outWww@Answer-Health@Com
