Just wondering if...?!


Question: Just wondering if!.!.!.!?
Lately I have been trying to lose weight and I am trying to
especially start to lower on food intake!.
I am wondering if you guys know any foods that you can smell or lick to stop hunger for short a period of time!.

I think that peanuts and gum work!. But do any of you also know if you smell some breath mint or cough drop can be licked and will satisfy hunger!.

And also what about smelling peanuts!? Smelling, not eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had to do this for wrestling, gum works great, especially stride because the flavor lasts a long time!. try drinking lots of water during the day, it'll make you less hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, smelling peanuts or most foods make me more hungry and i can never stop at one nut!. Chewing gum also makes my stomach feel empty!.

I eat breath mints instead of sugary sweets, i never feel like eating too many breath mints!. Also make sure you drink plenty of water because sometimes your body can get confused whether it is hungry or thirsty!.

Lol!. im not sure about smelling foods but it might help for individual people!. just try and see what works for you!. To keep hunger down try drinking water and having barley sugars!. Lots of exercise and focus on other things like music but if you are really hungry you should eat, dont starve your body!. Listen to it!. But when you do snack have healthy things!.
