like 2 sets in the morning and 2 more in the afternouns the same day?
Answers:
You should do them all in the same period of time. Do your four sets with three minutes rest at the most between each one. Your muscles need a little rest between each set, but also you need to stimulate them long enough to see results.
Just don't do less then 3 sets, or more than 4. Less than three won't stimulate the muscles enough and more than four will overwork them.
