Fitness Tips?!


Question: Fitness Tips!?
Alright, so I want to get in real good shape!. With muscles, and such!. I don't want to get like, ripped or anything!. Just something reasonable!. I'm 14 years old!.

You are never to young to learn the benefits of being fit!. At your age overall fitness is the best choice for your training!. By overall fitness I am referring to weight lifting, cardiovascular and good nutrition!. Understand the importance of all 3 and getting and staying in "real good shape" becomes much easier!. To answer your specific request of "muscles and such", full body compound exercises are the place to start!. Compound moves are exercises that work more than one muscle at a time!. Examples of these are the bench and military press, seated rows, squats and dead lifts!. Doing a full body workout of these moves three times a week, along with some cardio, coupled with high protein, low sugar, balanced diet, and at your age in mere weeks you will start feeling and seeing results!. well star with the basics cause your body is still in a major part of growing!. do compound movements!. pushups, pullups, squats, deadlifts, rows to start
then pick up a muscle and fitness mag, they always have pretty solid exceries you can do!.
your basic days should go
day1-chest tri day 2-legs, day3-cardio, day 4-shoulders,day5- back biceps
rest the weekends
try and do abs little each day before the workout and do something different each day!. crunches, leg raises obliques, etc!.
then try and eat well, they also have eating suggestions in most of those same mags!. the main thing for muscle is protein- 1 gram of protein for pound of body weight
muscle milk is a good protein shake
