How does fat get burned off?!


Question: How does fat get burned off!?
I know that when you work out you burn off calories but the fat that is in alot of things these days how does that get burnt off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The body uses calories in the form of sugars for energy which the muscles consume to allow you to breath and walk
and move!. The fat burning and storing is a chemical
process if the body is overfueled ad you dont need the calories right away the body stores the excess food as fat
which is a chemical process coversion on top the muscles usually on the bumm the belly the back of the arms and it stores it on the thighs!. If your body is well fed with say a 2000
calories diet it will metabolize 2000 calories but if you then eat 3000 calories one day it will store the excess 1000 calories its not usetah having available thus your body then makes a 1000 calories worth of fats on the bumm!.
To avoid gaining fats stored you must eat and sustain
your blood calorie sugar or glucose level at a steady rate
each your highest calories the first of the day so your body has all day to metabolize or to use those calories and eat small snacks in five small snacks the rest of the day
have a hardy breakfast with all the food groups then in
two hour increments have some food every two hours from then on until you have had six small foods keeping yor blood sugar glucose levels constant without overeating!.
make sure the foods you eat are high nutirent non high calorie
and no refined sugars or processed foods exsspecially stay away from processed white flours foods like cakes and cookies and crackers or any chips which are high in calorie
low in fiber you need fiber high fiber foods to ensure your
fiber intake is high because the higher the fiber in your diet
the more weight you will be able to loose and another thing the body eliminated thru water thru the blood and the body filters waistes from the chemcal muscle exchange of energy used thru the blood so water is key to getting the fat out and used and burned fat is burned when fats are not eaten in the diet and when the body needs energy to feed hungry muscles!.
Exercise and keeping the body warm are fat burners the body
will only at first if you starve yourself which is wong think your not going to get no more energy and you will gain weight so starving weight off is not the answer remember the body is a very efficient food storing system for it is not sure its going to have a constant food intake only you know what your going to eat and when so starving or missing meals is the wrong thing that would right off make you r metabolism go into storing
all food as fat if you starve or not eat to try to tloose!. because you eat every day its usetah getting said amoount of calories
a day if you starve or top eating or miss lunch say then you body says I dont when Im getting food so Ill put some of these away for a really bad time cause this person asnt eaten breakfast or lunch in this case!.
Then your in for a hard time looseing any weight cause your gears or your metabolism is in reverse and will work against you and store fat!. \

The right way is to make it think right off its full all day with the same calories youve always been eating then to increase your fiber intake and water intake so your almoist full all day
so only when your resting is the body working to recoop from your days activity your body has to move to keep you warm and the muscles need to stretch to use push the toxin out to the blood thats why when your idle like sleep time you need to stretch in the morning for your body feels it needs to move the oxygen into the cells of the muscles!. only when your food intake is contant where the body shuts off its need to feel it needs to store fat will the body then switch on its fat burningprocess which then the body says ive got all these calories and plenty of them then will it stop storing them
when you use up the 2000 calories and slowly decrease the caloric intake and increase the fiber intake then elimination
takes over the excess in food fiber or added fiber intake
the body needs water to do a clean sweep of the fiber you eat will act as a broom to the colon and bowel to clean out the garbage the muscles use up and now need to eliminate in the form of acids a build up of acids in the muscles lead to sore muscles thus the soreness you feel afer a heavy game of basketball or a really long run the muscles get a built up
chemical exchange residue of uric acids from burning calories!. to stave off the soarness from a workout all
atheletes drink water within 2 hours of the strenuous activity!.

It will be allot of trips to the bathroom but it will make you exercise going to the bathroom si or more times a day which is normal you should get to the point you have to eliminate after the big three meals every day and at least three more pee breaks a day on op the amount of time you already spend in the restroom already its the natural way to
a slimm body along with your normal exercise regime you willbe down 10 lbs in three weeks for sure most loose more
specially men they loose faster because of the muscle content of mens makeups they burn and elimnate fat faster so dont use others loss stats to gauge your own if your not loosing weight after five days of this regime lower the fat calorie intake substitute low and non fat foods like nonfat milk
which really if your overweight you dont need fats to intake cause your trying to loose fat not eat it so no fast foods atall
and no fats like bacon or cheese burgers you can have a cheese burger with out the bun and with only mustard!.

being active raises your heartbeat and activates enzymes that use your fat stores and converts them into the energy you use to do the excercise you're doing
theres no exact correlation between calories burnt and the amount of fat that is lost
