Does exercise help or hinder a cold/flu?!
Question:
Does exercise help or hinder a cold/flu?
I have taken a harsh cold, sore throat, coughing, etc. My guess is that training would make me worse rather than better, but I wanted to make sure this is correct and that i'm not making excuses to avoid exercise.
Answers:
If you have just a cold then dressing appropriately for the weather and taking a walk in the fresh air would do you no harm at all. If you genuinely have flu you could try some gentle stretching exercises as you won't be able to get out of your bed.
