How safe is GNC complete cleansing detox ?
Ive never did a body detox and I bought this one for 40 bucks is it safe? Has anyone tried it. The 2 week plan.

I did a two week detox, a short time ago. I felt that it gave me a new start to trying to stay on track with dieting and excercize, which i continue to do. It certainly had a cleansing effect, I felt good on it, and I would do it again. ( I don't really believe those nasty photos that people claim, will take place! They're really gross!) Probably nothing really "spectacular" will happen...but that's ok, it still flushes out the system, and will make you look and feel better. It cleanses the skin, too, and my color looks more radiant, because of the skin cleansing.
Anyway, drink lots of pure water, and use the fiber cleanser, and I'm sure that your body will feel alot cleaner, afterward.
Good luck...( and try to stay near bathrooms, as you are supposed to drink lots of water!)
