In my Thigh and it REALLY hurts how can i make it not hurt or at least not hurt as much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this sounds odd, but its something I learned when training for my masters!.

Just after you pull a muscle or get any injury to your tissue such as a sprain, you should eat fresh pineapple!. Fresh pineapple contains and enzym that removes scar tissue and dead tissue to help you heal faster!. Eat a whole fresh pineapple within 4 hours of cutting it (other wise the helpful enzym dies off) the first day of the injury, and eat another the day after!.

Shortening healing time is gonna help alot, but while you are still hurting, rubbing fresh lime juice on your muscles will help relieve pain, this works for head aches too!. Just slice a lime in half and rub it all over your sore area!. Limes contain the same active ingredients that help head aches that are found in those head on sticks!. Ice will soothe it a little bit, it will hurt for a few days!.!. if more than that you may have torn it!.!. then you've got to go to a doctor!.

and just lay down!.
