You need to exercise to lose the weight AND keep it off!.

It doesn't have to be vigorous exercise!. Try walking for an hour a day at a moderate pace!. Buy some weights and lift those in your free time!. Do crunches and push ups!.

Just do whatever you can to burn some extra calories and eat less, and you'll begin to lose weight, though not 10lbs in 2 weeks!. Not unless you're severely overweight and making major changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
