Question:

Name me 10 good foods that contain high amounts of protein?

I'm looking to build muscle and want to know what foods are good to eat.


Answers:

1. Tuna- Make into tuna salad...mmmm
2. Stuffed baked flounder (available in my local Walmart meat dept)
3. Eggs- best as omelettes with loads of fresh veggies such as mushrooms and peppers.
4. Yogurt- I am hooked on the 100 calorie key lime pie ones.
5. Skim milk.
6. Chicken-boneless skinless chicken breast- pound in jamaican jerk seasoning and then grill
outdoors. OMG!
7. Cottage Cheese
8. Lean ground beef patties-good fixed on grill, too.
9. Grilled chicken salad- lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar
cheese, boiled eggs, bacon bits, and grilled chicken and lowfat dressing.
10. Beef Jerky- good for a snack!
