How intense is WiiFit?!

Question: How intense is WiiFit!?

I don't want to waste my time but Wii Fit looks really fun!. Is it actually exercise!?

I don't have the Wiifit game but my brother has a wii that I play sometimes!. The regular wii with baseball and bowling, tennis, boxing, etc are definately exercise!. I really work up a sweat boxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
