I need a diet plan to go along with me starting a gym membership plan!. I want to lose weight and I want to build a nice layer of muscle like this (http://farm2!.static!.flickr!.com/1114/6647!.!.!. can someone tell me a good diet plan of how to do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
