How can i maintain my weight once i return home for holidays?
i'm in college right now and i've successfully gotten rid of my "freshman 15"! now i'm wondering how am i going to maintain my figure and prevent putting on more weight once i return home for the holidays. any suggestions? please help!

The easiest way to keep the weight off is to walk, at least, 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
Also ration that candy to just a couple of pieces a day. I will not tell you to give up candy completely, because when I try I am very likely to go on a candy binge.
Keep active! Any activity you love is going to be more effective than something you hate. If you enjoy dancing - dance. If you like being out doors, try biking or roller blades.
Swimming is another way to keep your figured toned.
