I'm getting married in about a month and I'm wanting to drop some pounds and fast!. Whats the best way and the fastest way!? Low calories or low carbs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, On low carb most people loose 5 lbs of water with in a week!. I have used it successfully to manage my weight for years , and think it is great for health and beats the madness of counting calories, for me an impossible task!. I think, you don't have to choose one over the other that you can choose low carb and it just so happens to be low calorie also!.
A bowl of chopped up fruit ( aka fruit cup) is obviously low carb (No Carb) and very low in calories, and the calories you're getting are all good calories!.

A garden salad with one tablspoon of dressing on it is low carb and low calorie!. Remember though, as far as dressing is concerned it is not so much how many calories are in a serving as it is " How much you are actually eatting"
It may be 80 calories per serving, and a serving is two tablespoons!. But if I only eat one Tablespoon I am only getting 40 calories from that !.!.!. so remember it is consumption that matters!.

Low Carb!. When you do low Carb!.!.!. the food is generally low cal too!.
I've gone on a low carb diet before and you drop pounds so fast!. You just need to find foods that work for you!. Also, try to stay under 50 carbs a day!.!.!. I know it sounds hard, and 1 PIECE OF BREAD IS 25 CARBS!.!.!.

low cal will stick with you for the long haul but isn't very quick, low carbs will be a quick fix but when you start eating carbs again they will stick to you like glue!.!.!.!.congrats on the upcoming nuptuals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
